I've got a problem

I was trying to get to sleep, and I couldn't get something out of my head. It's something that's been a problem since my childhood. It's a voice in my head. It's loud and violent, and it scares me. It always says the same thing, but I can never understand what exactly it says. It's not a voice that I know, at least not one that I can identify now.
