Went to HR about all the bullying going on at work today - wasn't happening to me directly - but just couldn't stand around anymore - it was exceptionally cruel today. With all that's been happening and that's been in the news lately - it was enough. How do we expect High School or Grade School children to behave differently when its going on

Good for you. People need to learn that bullying is never okay, no matter where it happens. I'm hope that the target of the bullying appreciates the fact that someone had the chutzpah to stand up for them....even if they never know it was you.

Bullying is NEVER cool!
I'm glad the target had someone like you around, who actually did something about it, instead of just looking the other direction.
