"No day but today..."
Just what's been going on in my life...
Okay, so it doesn't look like I'll b getting that job working at the 6-week summer camp because funding for it is being put on hold because of the stupid economy. Oh well, while it would have been nice to work with something I enjoy, it's life to not get everything to work out. I'll just have to look into some other jobs, but until then, I'll just spend more time with my family while I can. Even though it bites that my dad's out of work right now, at least I have some time to be with him before he finds a new job that may or may not send him off and mak it damn near impossibe to see him like most of my chool years.
Okay, I'm now starting to get a little bitter, so changing topics... I was able to finally get the RENT book I've been eyeing for months, and it's in near perfect condition! And for more positive nws, even though I enjoy complaing about her, I love that my eldest cat has been demanding my attention since I got back home, especially since she used to ignore me. In fact she's laying on my lap as I type this causing my leg to fall asleep, lol!
I've also been good at keeping my promise to take my dog for walks everyday; there's only been a few days that I haven't for various reasons...
I've been bad about my writing, though i haven't done anything yet, and I'm feeling guilty about it. I reeally need to get down to it and force myself to write...
OH, and I am SOOOO excited about the new season of So You Think You Can Dance, I think I may actually already have a favorite, lol!
