Also, if the convention I just got home from is anything to judge by, if you cosplay Misty Lola everyone will walk by screaming "CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES" at you.

Misha's shoes might also just be a pair of white shoes and matching socks? But I can't tell from that picture. 8|

I am not helpful, because I really know nothing about cosplay beyond the basic concept of "try to look like the character as best you can".
