Heee, wish I could go so much. I met a random cosplayer at work some time ago who I think was going to Otakon. She had bought this leftover 4th of July decoration bow and I was joking about how it was all "daw, it says it can't be used as dress-up on the tag, you should just attach it to a scrunchie" and then she said that was what she was gonna do, that's what the character needs. And then I took a wild guess and asked if it was cosplay or not and it was~. Ahahahah such a good conversation that day. :D
