Someone once asked me if I was in love with one of my friends. I told them that there is a difference between being in love...and loving someone very much. Most of my loved ones know I take this sort of thing very seriously.

Sometimes we grow apart from the people we know...sometimes intentionally, other times not. And even the closest friend has the ability to cheese you off to the point where you wonder if they're worth having. But a good friend, especially if said friend was the one who pissed you off, is willing to let you have some space to cool off and then try to show you how sorry they truly are. I guess it depends on the severity of the situation that took place between the both of you and whether you're willing to give said friend(s) another chance to make up for what they've done wrong. Sometimes it's worth giving them a second chance because they realize that they fucked up and that they don't want to lose their friendship with you. But ultimately you are in control, you have the final say...and if you think someone is not worthy of a second chance...well, I'm sure you have a valid reason for thinking that way ( ... )
