You had problems of your own. Anyway, I don't even think you were around at the time and this sort of thing required real time help as opposed to an email you could get back to a couple days later.

I wouldn't have even thought of doing the things that you did...you tried your best to figure out what was wrong, and in the end, you found out the problem and fixed it. I am pretty much lost with computers, but you were clever enough to see what you could do...cut yourself some slack man.
