Right at this very moment, I'm in a dark place. The only one who can get me out of here now....is me.

I will survive this because...I have to. And because of who I am. Once I return just know...that I have big plans.

I'm sorry to hear that you are trapped in the darkness. And although there are people who are willing to help you get out of that state of mind at any means possible...sometimes you need to find your way out of it on your own in order to be stronger so that you can avoid being in that dark place again.

You are in my thoughts...try and take it easy sweetie.
