Is there anything that you could think of, that would make you feel better? Be it possible, or something that's not possible... is there something that would fix or ameliorate the problem at all? Or is all of this a mood thing?
I'm guessing from your post that you don't know what the root of the problem is... but that's more of a long-term issue... is there anything short-term you can do? Any steps you can take that you can think of, that might bring you closer to discovering the root of the problem?
I usually find that at least if I'm headed in the right direction, I feel a lot better.
Can relate to a lot of this. Used to hate it when people asked me how I was because it's such a common thing to do but hardly anyone really wants to know. You can't get to the root of the problem magickally it takes hard work and effort and thinking about things you don't want to think about. I hope whatever you do you get a lil more happy in your days, you deserve it. <3
I get like that too. And once you're in a negative state of mind, sometimes it's rather difficult to get out of that mindset, even if you know you're causing yourself more problems than anything.
You were a good writer then, and you still are...and hopefully you feel better knowing that your friends still care deeply about you.
It was nice talking to you during the wee hours this morning, missed you bunches.
