So I ran about 4.5miles today and walked another 1.5miles really it should be i ran 1.5 golf courses and walked .5 golf courses I actuly think its longer then 3miles a golf course but unsure. Anyways Need to do about 1h of weights befor i go to bed. Ive gotten the devil in me twords the end of the run I sprinted with speed ive never know befor so ^
