I never even thought of that, what a great idea. I did think "No, I can't get out my meat hammer coz it will just go flat and not crumbly"

im LEAVING on friday and i havent packed yet! and i just want a nap and then pick up mum and clean the kitchen (im having guests, remember!)

AHHH!! SORRY! I shouldn't wish it here so quickly.. its more of a "I want it to be a weekend" sort of feeling rather than "hurry up and be Friday so we can get rid of Penny" feeling ;)

Have a nap and leave the kitchen messy, we don't care :) I wish there was a bed here so I could have a nap myself :)

Toast the bread, then scrape it like you would if you were scraping the burnt layer off. Or, crushed corn flakes are a good substitute. Heck, thats basically what the breadcrumbs I use are. Kellogs Bread Crumbs are crushed corn flakes. Taste the same, but crunchier!
