If Holyoke is really your first choice, then I vote for B. I really regret plunging right into work post college graduation instead of meandering across the country sleeping on one friend's couch after another. Plus time home, not being consumed with work or school will be a great time to spend some good quality time with your dad.
i say figure out a bit more about mt holyoke. why is it your #1? then if it is your #1 still choose it, and go in the fall if you can, and do something else meaningful in the fall if you can't. work, travel, or you could even go to community college for a semester and just get some gen ed credits out of the way. that way you would also be saving some money on undergrad education, without going for four years to a school you wanted less, and still graduate on time. if it's not your #1 after all anymore . . . then get back to me and i'll say more things
how sure are you about med school? because a ridiculous number of kids end up dropping pre med, and it would suck to have made your decision based on that and then realize it's not what you want. follow your heart. go someplace that'll give you the most opportunity and the most room to grow.
