Yeah... pretty much when you hit mid twenties your body starts to pack on weight a lot easier. I read one frightening account about if you don't strength train a certain percentage of muscle is replaced by fat every few years or so. Eep.
Didn't stop me from eating a donut this morning, though. Hmm.
