i'm happy to hear the drinking has decreased significantly, but sorry to hear you're still super bummed out. i know you tend to prefer to deal with things alone, but if you ever have the need to just talk it out, i'm here to listen (as you very well know).
as for guy-looking. meh. it's stupid, it's lame, but it can be kind of fun. go out with friends, smile at a boy you think is cute, and it's up to him to figure out how to come talk to you. and try not go "gah uh hi?" when the really cute one approaches you (because let's face it, you're adorable). but the worthwhile guys will find that cute, so really you're golden. it's all about being yourself, and if a guy is worth the time and a good match, he'll like you. playing a game isn't going to get you anywhere (if you even want to go somewhere right now), so you shouldn't worry about being "developmentally delayed".
