1. Kazuya drives a motorcycle, and has since he was eighteen.
2. When he needs stress relief and doesn't feel like wasting more expensive materials, he'll fingerpaint. It's very childish, but it works.
3. Kazuya likes tall, slender, pretty men, physically. Personality-wise...he does keep saying he has terrible taste in men. Argumentative, kind of snippy, stubborn, generally the kind of man a sane person would want to punch in the face: he also likes to date people with easily-ruffled feathers, so to speak.
4. The people he admires most are his parents.
5. Kazuya has two tattoos. One is on his back, down the length of his spine, of a phoenix spreading its wings in black ink, highly stylized. The other, which he got after his discharge and while not entirely sober, is on his left thigh, of a butterfly done in blue and green inks.
6. Several times during his childhood, his father was sent on unaccompanied tours of duty. While he was gone, his mother would pack up Kazuya and his siblings and go home for eighteen months or so, rather than live in America alone.
7. Festivals-or really, a lot of holidays, both American and Japanese-make Kazuya lonely. It reminds him that he really doesn't have a place anywhere.
