Soooo I'm home in Labrador. I quit my job because I couldn't handle it and was having panic attacks at work and shit. It was pretty bad. Annnyways my mom got me a ticket to come home, so I'll be home now until the 24th of August. So anyone who's in town and wants to hang, you know where to find me :P

Hey, i'm not sure what brand of pills you're on, but when i was on mine this is the advice givijn to me about my insomnia/dreams. You should get out in the freash air as often as possible (thats why i started walking so much) ecercise and getting out in the sun will help restore hormones that the pils/your sickness have "out of wack". It did work some. I got more sleep and my dreams were not as fucked up. Still the random nightmare, but no more then i get now. Hope that helps. Give me a call... we should go for pizza delight dessert... i love mudslides...
