This story is fantastic. I'm not a Pooh fan, not even remotely, but I clicked over to read because I just had to know what you'd do with it, and then once I started reading I knew I had to read it all. Perfect style and tone. Really great stuff.

Yes! I'm ... not a huge fan either (should I be saying this on a public post about a piece of Pooh fanfiction I *wrote*?!) but I was so hit sideways by the idea of doing Pooh and the Apocalypse ... the thing had to be done, in the same way I suspect you had to read it! So, honestly, thank you very much indeed for the comment, because it's exactly how I felt too!

Holy cow, what a story. It cuts right to the heart of the apocalypse: the innocent suffer, childhood suffers.

I am conflicted about whether it is too short or not. I don't know if I could have taken much more, though.
