sitting in silence

I can't wait to go home and sit in the woods this Thursday. Every time I feel upset, I want to go running or go walk in the woods or something, and I feel like I can't do that in Lansing because all sorts of crazy shit happens here. It makes me antsy

A place closer to home...

When I want to get away, I go to one of two places -- Burchfield Park in Holt (comeon! when was the last time something happened in HOLT?), or Hawk Island (off Cavanaugh Rd.). Burchfield is much nicer, and really cozy :)
