Going to Chaco Town

I shipped my Chaco Z/2 sandals back to Chaco to be re-soled yesterday. I'm pretty excited since I haven't worn them in almost a year, due to having worn all the way through the soles in both sandals. I bought them in 2003 and I've taken them everywhere - Alaska, Peru, London, Paris, and all over Michigan's state parks - so I'm pretty attached to

You can always tell from the distinctive tan lines who wears Chaco sandles, that is, when they aren't being worn :)

Speaking of distinctive tan lines, I have a trucker tan now from driving between Denver and Santa Fe. My left arm has a deep tan in the middle of my upper arm. Nice for fancy dress wearing :P Hopefully it'll fade by your wedding.
