Have you ever tried to login to something (like e-mail, or as is my immediate case, online banking) and it just won't load? IE immediately says "page cannot be displayed" and Mozilla says "connection refused."
WTF?
Anybody know what's up with that?
I played around with IE security settings, but it doesn't seem to be that.

Woman Spends 3 Hours In Woods For Dumping Kittens
Lake County Judge Michael Cicconetti sentenced Murray to spend the night in the woods without food or shelter. He said he wanted her to feel the same pain as the kittens she neglected.
She dumped 33 kittens in the woods. Park rangers found them, but later 9 died of upper respiratory infections.
