It would seem that there are constant reminders around us on a daily basis that we are just mortal. Things that happen with out us even taking notice. Perhaps it's as I told my brother. It's too much. It's too shocking for us to deal with. We just throw our focus away so that we can continue living our lives with out having to give it a second
