Quick question: In 13. Doctor Who, is it the Doctor Who series only, or are the spinoffs (Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures) included?

Actually, usually Torchwood is in a category of its own and SJA has never made the list, but considering that Torchwood didn't get enough votes for the list and SJA got more votes than it ever has, I'll make the executive decision that yes, it does include both Torchwood and SJA, and update the list accordingly. :)
