I want to know exactly what it is about me that is so hard to like. Why does everyone dislike me? I know I sound very emo right now, but it's true. Kris loves me, I just don’t see how other people that love her, can’t accept me. I can only think of one said person, who, no matter what they think of me has always been kind to me ( Read more... )

Contrary to popular believe, Travis, I don't hate you. I just don't know you very well and, unfortunately, don't have the time right now to get to know you. What I do know, however, is that you have made Kris very happy and I am very thankful that you have done so.

I just don't agree with your actions and outlooks on certain things, but that doesn't mean I hate you. You just have to know that I'm not the type of person who tries to get along with everyone I know and, for the most part, I am content to simply not know a majority of people.

It's not, once again, that I hate you, Travis, it's just my personality. But I am thankful and very happy for Kris and you. I wish you both the best in life and, even if you think I don't like you, I do like you because you have made Kris happy and content. And despite our fights and such, I still feel very close to Kris and want the best for her.

Well, I don't expect you to agree with me on everything, I just don't like being disliked for it. I'm not asking anyone to like me, just tell me why they don't.

i like u travy!!! We only fought because u were mean to me...:(, you knew exactly what my "soft spots" were and u always had to poke um...but i dont think people hate you, at work yesterday i talked to this girl who was like trav is ur brother, that is so cool, i love trav, he was so awesome...he was such a cool nice guy. So i dont think everyone hates you, or dislikes u.

One thing I have noticed about you (and others, but that's not the point right now) is that you don't always think before you talk. Sometimes your sarcasm sounds like you're just being mean, instead of making a joke. Sometimes you don't articulate what exactly you're trying to say, and it comes out as something you don't mean, While having opinions is certainly not a bad thing, sometimes it's better to exercize discretion with them to avoid arguments. Admittedly, your opinions do not follow with popular belief. I'm sure I disagree with you on a lot of issues, however I know neither of us is going to budge in our stances, I don't discuss those issues with you. Arguing for the sake of arguing just wears a person down and paints you as a negative cynic who likes to put other people down and have control ( ... )

Well I am not just going to keep my opinions to myself simply because they may offend people. I can listen to your opinions, and while I may not agree with them I will listen, that's a debate, I love to debate, which you perceive as argument. Nothing anyone could say would offend, because I am always open to new ideas, nothing I think is set in stone ( ... )

I'm not saying keep your opinions to yourself, exactly. When phrasing them, it sometimes come out sounding like "I'm right, you're wrong if you don't agree with me." There are gentler ways of making your point. If you say something contrary to status quo (which can certainly be a good thing), it helps to phrase it delicately rather than bluntly. You catch more flies with honey...

Yeah, I guess you're right. I am just so used to skipping over niceness and jumping straight to being an ass, because that is the only way most people will listen.

hey travis! i dont hate you! your pretty cool... i always thought u hated me (im not sure if u do or not) umm... yeah i dunno everyone is intitled to be opinionated the world would kinda suck if it wasnt lol. And you shouldnt change just to get people to like you. As far as you go Laura, I have heard more than enough reasons to assume you hate me or least that you hate Kris, and if you hate Kris, you might as well hate me ( ... )
