[Hell, WI] Post-Seizure Giddyness

Walter was humming as he headed back to the room, notebook still in hand. This was a good day- a much better day than last night, when someone had messed with his room. You don't just do that, move someone's room to someplace that makes no sense! That was terrible of them, and he was hoping he'd see them today so he could do something about it, ( Read more... )

This is Liz's surprised face! One she doesn't make all that often, but hey, she's making it now, because of course she's there. It's unlikely now she'll venture out without Walter, unless she's working.

"Did you find another mark?" Possible translation: Did you kill anybody? :D? :D?

Walter bites his lip, because that would've been totally awesome if he had found a mark, but he didn't. Sort of takes the wind out of his sails. Now he looks almost awkward.

"Um, no. But!" He holds the notebook up and taps on it. "Something very interesting happened tonight. I got hit with something- it was very odd, we're going to have to call home about it. But I got hit with a- a memory. It wasn't MY memory, but I'm sure it happened." Walter is sure about a lot of things, it should be noted. "A man- someone military, by the name of Bill Starkey- he'd let the superflu out. He released it by accident on the US. And then he ordered the release of it worldwide." His arms sweep out. When he's excited, he uses big gestures.

"And then? Pow." Cue shooting himself in the head with an air gun. "Isn't that interesting? I didn't know things like that could happen, seeing the end of the world like that."

She likes his big gestures and sits back in her chair to watch them, folding her hands in her lap. Often his sweeping arms leave little trails in her vision. "Oh, that sounds wonderful." Which....to her it does, because she's a weirdo. "Could you smell things or touch them? Or did you just see?"

It will take her a few more minutes to process that something he said seems wrong - he said it was an accident. But it couldn't have been, it was part of the plan. It was always supposed to happen. This has fleetingly occured to her before, that the vaccines they got seemed like they were really cutting it close. But she has such a hard time thinking about anything for too long she mostly let it go.

"I could. It was everything. Although I think it was through a sick person's nose. Everything smelled funny." He tilts his head, because that was the wrong word. "Odd. Like sneezing. I couldn't touch anything but the gun, really, so that wasn't helpful."

Walter has thought about the accident bit already, and already figured it out in his head. Of course, the Shop was trying to stop it, and even if they weren't, well they wouldn't have told a lot of people they were releasing it, would they? Might even give it to some unsuspecting fellow and make him think he did it, right? No problems there.

"I don't know why it happened, but it was very...enlightening." He smiles at Liz. "Good to know another piece to things, don't you think?"
