As my teacher advised, I called the company who makes the cdrom for my online course. I'm having problems completing the last assignments because you have to enter in codes and they aren't working. You may not even get the same guy again, so you should just call again if you're still having problems with that assignment. I don't suppose you caught that jerk's name ? If so, call back, hopefully get someone else, and report him to a supervisor. Don't give him the satisfaction of thinking he can get away with being a jerk. :)
