I love the image of Kara and Lee lying in front of the observation window over-looking Earth. Lovely.

And the reunion between Kara and her father was very touching and believable. Good work. :)

Goodness! I feel for Kara, that's a lot to process. I'm so glad she felt safe at the end.

I love Lee so much in this story. He's just so amazingly supportive...and poor Kara. Shock after shock after shock.

Good work girl!!!

I'm forcing myself to stop at this point, because I want to keep some to read tomorrow. I'm loving all the call-backs to canon and the bits and pieces of cylon backstory. You have created a tremendously complicated world and I absolutely love it! The rioting emotions of Kara trying to deal with her own realizations was heart-wrenching. I do appreciate that you didn't gloss over it, but put together the 'real' bits of trying to make it work. There were some moments I was on the edge of my seat wondering if this would be the time that Kara would finally push Lee away. Lovely balance of angst and comfort. Bravo! :)

P.S. Hadn't forgotten this. Just been CRAZY busy lately. *hugs*

Oh don't worry, I've been crazy busy this week too. I still have a whole list of your newer fics I need to read once I'm able to sit down and just breathe for a minute.

These last two chapters were kind of dense with a lot of talking and explaining but I couldn't think of any other way of doing it without creating about 800 disjointed flashbacks that would make even less sense, and I really didn't just want to gloss over it, as you said, and just be like THIS IS HOW IT IS, DEAL WITH IT, EVEN IF IT MAKES NO SENSE (sometimes like the show did). Chapter 26 (I think? The one where Kara finds her bodies) was pretty much the chapter I had written the ENTIRE fic just to get to write. When I thought of ideas for this fic before I started writing, I knew that was a scene I needed to write. Consequently, it is one of my favorites in the entire story.
