That is creepy chris with the sewage sludge. Gross. I had a grill cheese on friday for lunch too. It was pretty ok, I'm still sick so everything still tastes like nothing. Kids can be so mean.
I really liked all the hotal/motel pictures you posted around El Paso. Nice!

Organic foods is a very intriguing subject. I can only begin to imagine the crud that goes into our food such as all the preservatives and the growth hormones and not to mention the steroids that allot of the cattle receive. I saw a show where Pro Skateboarder Bob Burnquist is an organic Farmer. i ran a search and it seems he only grows for local restaurants and neighbors and a couple of high end resorts in his area but i did manage to pickup a link to a partner of his. This is a more comercially availiable Organic farm that Burnquists partners up with ---> http://www.stonyfield.com/ and if you watch the documentary "Super Size Me" that will drive you to clean eating or at least avoiding most fast food joints.

yap, i've heard of that skater guy. that's pretty neat.
i got to see "supersize" in albuquerque when it first opened. i loved it. i have not had fast food or soda for one month. and i used to eat out every day at work. i can TOTALLY tell & feel the difference.
thanks for the link...i'm vegan but maybe one day i'll try the soy stuff.
