1. Congrats on the house.
2. Jealous of the garden. Hope you'll take lots of pics.
3. I'll do the day of juice fasting with you if we plan it (meaning set a date)

Looking forward to pics. Pix pix pix :).

This Sunday would be fine for me. I'd be totally good with that. I don't know if I would be juicing my own stuff (doubt it, as I don't have a juicer and would have to buy one). But I love Naked Juice (bottled but fresh) and pompom and Jamba Juice ... so would those things work? They have a huge selection of the naked juice at Trader Joe's down the street from my house.

Is it like ... you can drink any juice you want/as much of it as you want ... for that day ... or do you have to watch your calorie intake, too?

Also, I think the being home for it (or not at work) is a good idea. Wouldn't want to accidentally faint at work :P. Hehehehe.

Just lemme know and I'll commit to doing it with you.

i have to work this sunday :(
so i'm planning on NEXT sunday for sure!

there's not really a limit of how much you can have, i just think the only thing you should be cautious of is sugary juice or ingredients like high fructose corn syrup. other than that, those juices should be fine.

i might "practice" a little by having just juice for a few meals this week...i'll let you know how that goes ;)
