for food? excercise, and eat more fruits and veggies, cut out sweets, low carbs, but get all the vitamins and proteins needed. and eat less, like don't go for seconds if you don't need them. don't over indulge. whatev

just drink a lot of water. i think that's one of the easiest ways
to start &it's what i am doing. it really does help you lose weight.
