I went to the engineering library today and outside it I found a working seismograph in a case. It keeps track of seismic action on campus. Apparently there are more spread across campus. Which natually leads one to the fact that the San Andreas Fault is almost in my backyard! Well its about 5 miles away from campus, but still... They do a ( Read more... )

I went to the beach yesterday :) I'm excited of the fact that I'm at a college that is only 30 minutes from the pacific ocean.

So this is my first entry. I hope this will be a fruitful endeavor!
