Anime Expo is in one week! I can't wait!

Contrast adjusted on the computer coz I can't fix it to save my life. -_- I don't really like this picture. It seems so flat and boring...cry cry. I can't draw faces in profile, sigh sigh.

I also did a clay thing of a girl with origami birds. I have to wait until school starts again to get it fired, though.

Origami clay? That sounds like it would be very interesting! Did you glaze it? Or are you still waiting to bisque fire? Mmm it sounds like it'd be charming simply pure white after bisque firing, but could also be colored up pretty interestingly...

Is this acrylic? It looks acrylic... like a very fine line art thing. Very interesting... How many colors did you use for this? It looks like just brown, read, and yellow but there could be more hiding. I like how line-y it is, without too many detail (or did the detail just not come out?) I can also make out the gender of the girl, which is always nice, though the birds' gender I shall not guess :-D
