I really don't understand what this one is supposed to be about. Is this just supposed to be a bunch of random but dramatic scenarios? That sounds like it could end badly.

No. It's not real romance. It's created by the City so that everyone will do things they later regret.

I think the only way to stop them would be to have someone much stronger than them stick them in cages or something. But the only person I would go to for that is also cursed.
