Hehehehe James' loss for words was hilarious. I love the way that the Marauders play off of each other, with Remus being practical and Sirius and Peter lightening things up.

I'm not quite sure that they should all know the prophecy, but I guess it couldn't hurt if they knew the first bit at least. It is a rather tricky situation.

I loved seeing how joyful James was.

Thank you for saying nice things about the Marauders. I'm really not happy about writing them singularly, yet alone together, so you can imagine it was a relief to have a nice comment about them.

I know exactly what you mean about the prophecy. I've wondered about that, and I'm still not sure. On the one hand perhaps they wouldn't have told anyone at all, but on the other James and the rest of MWPP probably spent seven years telling each other everything (except the obvious which they had to work out for themselves), and Voldy got to Peter somehow. Maybe because he was the weak link in the quartet? I don't know. Until book seven, and perhaps after that, we won't know for sure. I shan't mind if they didn't know, I'll hold my hands up as having got that (and many other things *grin*) wrong! Thank you for raising it, it's always good to have a second, or third, or more, think about things.

Yay for joyous James! I wonder how long it will last.

I agree that so much of they are (especially school age) is dependant on each other.

Hopefully she does get around to telling us...

That was fantastic! I've always imagined that James would be quite a happy father, despite the prophecy, and I think you portrayed that very nicely. The rest of the Marauders were a very nice addition as well :)

Yay! Praise indeed. Thank you very much. I have concerns about writing some characters, MWP are some of them. There's another one today. Usually I shy away from doing so, but with one hundred stories to write I think that option has been taken away from me.

I reckon that people who have a dark cloud in the future hanging over them only think about it at times, that it doesn't fill every minute of their waking day. People with serious ill health seem to be able to remain optimistic, for instance. I wanted to use that spirit in James and Lily who we already knew were spirited people!

Thank you.

Awww, how lovely, the humour is great, especially with poor Remus not wanting all the gorey details.
You've captured Jame's happiness beautifully, and i think at that stage he would be so overjoyed at being a father he wouldn't be thinking about the prohecy, and oh yeah, loved the part about him being so happy Harry was a boy!

Thank you. Poor old Remus has enough physical "gore" of his own, he'd not want others to have to have it too - or so I thought, anyway!

So typically male is James. He is certain to the point of stubbornness that the baby is going to be a girl, till it's actually born - and then? Well then, that's what he thought/wanted all the way along. Awww, bless him.

Sorry I missed your birthday. How did the exam go?

The exam went ok, it wasn't the nicest birthday present but it was manageable. Had a lovely birthday, went out for a meal with friends after the exam which was great fun.

Hehe, I really love that James has really become a father by this point and that Sirius mocks him for it. It really seems like something he would do, especially as he and James were such trouble makers back in the days. The rest of the Marauders were also written very nicely. Love the banter, but poor Peter always neglected or shut up *cough*YES!*cough*

Can't wait to read more! :)

THank you for lovely words again. You are so kind leaving comments for all of these and I really do appreciate it. Hehe to Peter, poor lad. It's no wonder he went off telling his tales to Voldemort!

Thank you. There's another one waiting right now. (And a half of one on my computer which hopefully I'll finish for tomorrow.)
