HE does, he does! Or perhaps, anyway. Only time will tell.

I love using subtext and foreshadowing in writing. One day I'd like to write something original and for everyone to understand at the end where it all came from!

Thank you.

Oh, goodness! Goodness, goodness. :) I really love how bite-sized this is, and it's a nice picture to paint about a couple's disagreement. It worked well.

On other matters, I'm like you. It's a national holiday on Monday but I'll be away for the next five days working. (I'll miss Livejournal...) Consequently, I'll miss your writing, but I'm looking forward to coming home to it.

You inspire me, did you know that?

(P.S. I like the icon you used in replying to Vanillacocktail. Where'd you find it?)

I thought people do that - flounce off in temper - and with Lily being red-headed she's likely to have a hot temper and we know that James is a bit stubborn! Harry certainly shows both traits, which bears it up a little bit.

I hope your work goes well for the five days. Are you going somewhere enjoyable apart from the work aspect? (What do you do?) I hope there'll be something for you to read when you get back, though I'm heading into a massive six day meeting on Wednesday so I don't know what shape my brain will be in at the end of each day.

No-one's ever said that before - I feel hugely pleased and if I say flattered, it is because I know that you mean it. Are you inspired to write J/L stories? *hopes*

Was it this one? I'm not sure where I got it from, it might have been linked to me when I was writing Lily for a role playing game. You're welcome to take it if you'd like to.

Hah! You've left Snape's comments open perfectly for speculation as to why he's there and what's made him so bold, and why he's still being so petty without growing up at all <3 Brilliant.

I love the way you have your Lily respond to Snape - she's always pushing back against him which is what makes it so easy for me to write Snape with her *grins!* We must rp them together again sometime, I miss the conflict!

Awww, thank you so much. I tried hard to imagine we were in the middle of a log when this scene was being played out and how you'd make him respond. I could hear him spitting her old name out to be spiteful, in an attempt to make her rise to the bait - and she did!

We'll do that this summer. It'll be great to play out some more scenarios, I really enjoy keeping her as my interpretation of in character while writing her against your Snape.

Thank you again. *beams with pleasure*
