We must impede the raptor growth by pacifism... oh wait, that makes it grow. Well, how about creating a machine to vacuum all verb usage from the world. Granted, the actual conception and appropriation for the machine would stimulate growth, the end result would maybe stop it... or confuse the raptor... which makes it grow.
