Narcissas' Diary, July 1997:
'I often wonder if I did something wrong.
I clearly remember this sunny day in Cannes. We three together, Draco such a happy and beautiful boy. Holydays.
After he attented his first year in Hogwarts and met all the people Lucius introduced to him, he never smiled like that again.
And now, everything's just gotten worse.
Is it my fault? Could I have been a better mother if I'd tried harder? Could I have taken all this pain from him if I just had been stronger?
I can't stand thinking about it. My boy is on the run now. And I think that means he will never smile like that again.'

Ok, ok, a touch too dramatic, but I liked these thoughts, they were in my head during the painting process, so I thought it would be nice to share them.
Poor Draco baby. Childhood is just too short and life is a bitch! Especially if your creator is JK *smiles* And she's the one who owns everything! I just use the names. No profit is, was or will be made.
I hope you like the picture! I found a reference image on http://www.zonesprouse.net three days ago...and I fell in love with this pose. So I HAD to draw my ickle Draco-Baby smiling and grinning and feeling good... but it's not a manipulation, the pic from said web page was just used as a reference! Everything was painted in PS CS, using a Wacom Intuos Din A3.

P.S. Yes, Draco is not pale like the Canon!Draco. It just didn't fit. So I gave him a tan. And unfortenuately I'm not that good at drawing like some real talented "drawing-lifelike" artists. But I gave my best and I had to stop at this point, otherwise I would have ruined everything *hehe*
