So, after a delightful holiday weekend, I come to work this morning. I checked my work e-mail once during the weekend, but I didn't bother after that. Late on Sunday afternoon, I received an e-mail from the customer service department of the company (which will remain nameless) that has our corporate Blackberry account. Two lines were no longer
