Well, I just got back from Canada, and it was fucking awesome. I had more fun on this trip than any I've been on for a while, and the trip was pretty much free as well. I close on my house Friday, August 5th, so I will be moving in shortly thereafter. I am thinking about renting out part of the house for $100-200 a month depending on how much of the house I rent. The offer I put on the house I wanted was accepted. All I have to do is go get the paperwork in order for my loan and soon I will have a 3 bedroom house all to myself.
