Hilariously, I can totally see Carcillo filling the Burish shaped hole in Sharpie's life. A less tactful, less bromantic and more face-palming, disastrous version that doesn't have quite the same shape and effect, but a nice temporary filler nonetheless.

I gotta say, though, Operation: Morons is pretty apt for a Carillo mission.
