I was unreasonably nervous the entire time I was reading this and I think the ending is absolutly perfect as is Pat's speech about them always being friends (especially how it was semi-influenced by Gossip Girl).

These two boys are the best, truly the best. Is it the youth? idealism? naiveté? being perfect opposites of each other? inability to say the tender truth? I don't have the answer but I know I read and reread everything about them. Patrick keeps the door open here - never not be friends, prostate stimulation and looking into threesome with Grace, "wanna talk about it?" As beautiful as the ending is with Jon finally speaking up to Pat, I too am now curious for a sequel or two. I can't see either of them resisting at the first kiss, or even at the first making out that would lead to....... Oh, where are those heart pills?
