A case of mistaken identity?

I've been thinking a lot lately about how the way we identify ourselves changes over time. When you're a little kid, you self-identify like this: My name is Timmy, I'm 4 years old. Later on in life, it becomes "Hi, I'm Tim. I'm a computer science major", or "I'm Mark's partner ( Read more... )

I always consider myself to be Soul and anything other than that is not my true identity. Soul's sole purpose is to experience life in as much diversity as possible. Each lifetime adds layers of experience, like career, hobbies, relationships, etc. I always say we are either enjoying life or learning something from the harder lessons. It's a win-win scenario,
