Clever how Holden managed to get the boys to admit the truth. And uh oh looks like Noah got a bit of the Luke Snyder silent treatment for his trouble.

Love how you also touched on Noah's awakening awareness that he feels something different for Luke than he did before.

Holden is a wise dad!Some great coming of age moments in this chapter, Faye. Great insights about young people and the confusion that comes from discovering their sexuality. This is all so carefully and subtly written. I'm really impressed!
