300 was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. How those guys got so ridiculously buff for that movie is beyond me (kind of like that goddamn apple that came out of nowhere, and if you saw the movie you know exactly what I'm talking about), but I bet they went shirtless for at least a year after the movie was made. Not out of vanity,
