Oh! I LOVE how you can do both Draco/Ginny and Draco/Hermione :P As for excellent Blaise/Hermione, have you read tamlane's stuff? You can find it in her memories. She has D/Hr as well as Fred/Hermione, which is a ship I love. But definitely, definitely read Three Word Limit and The Arithmancy Text. YUM AND FUN I SWEAR!

Thanks for ALL the recs :) I'll swing by lady_draherm later and definitely read "Journals." Oh! I haven't heard of Blindside, either, so that's what I'll be downloading later :P

Music...what kind of music do you like? Name a few artists? If you're in the mood for sampling new flavors, I'll rec you a song :)

I'm one of those rare D/Gers who love D/Hr, and vise versa. Both are very complicated ships, and I like it that way :)

tamlane is amazing! She's so funny. I've read a few fics of hers, but not those. Thanks for the rec! Her Blaise is probably my favorite out there.

Blindside is great. If you love guitars and screamers/singers (they do a mix of both), you'll like it. I definitely recommend their half English, half Swedish song "Shekina." It's gorgeous, and nothing like the rest of their albums' songs.

Hmmm...I like rock music in general. My favorites being Blindside, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Blink 182, basically anything in the rock/alternative category. And yes, I'm in the mood for some new ones! Rec it!

*grins* I know what you mean. I'm that way as well. Although I don't actively search for D/Hr, I'll read it if someone recs it my way ;)

She is great :D I keep hoping she'll finish "The Aritmancy Text." Begging is on list of things to do in the future.

Ooh, that's great. Guitars/screamo reminds me of Atreyu, have you heard their stuff? You can find them at PureVolume.

I hope you haven't heard this song before - "Downfall" by Trust Company. I love this band :)

*laughs* You do that, Hannah :P

B/R! *gasps* SINCE WHEN!? Is that a NEW thing?!

Mm, I remember that. JFK and Jackie were like big billboards.

*grins* Ice-skating, again? Although, that's pretty much what I was thinking of too. Ice-skating and horse jumps and stuff like that :P

Even if I don't read LotR anymore...you know I'm still super sentimental towards it just because. And "Seagulls" - always sentimental about that one <33

Dude! bella_rodolphus is the community! Have you browsed there yet?

Mm, it was. Michelle Kwan. My sister did a book report on her. She was a role model :)

Hi Cate! I love this Cocktail Party thing. I've seen you around, but I was never sure of what to say *sheepish*

Uuummm. Miss Piggy and Kermit. :P

Ooh. That is GOOD.

I'm afraid the only Broadway musical I've seen is Lion King when it came to San Francisco last summer. But I'm going to NYU in 2006 (spending the first year in Florence), so hopefully I'll get to catch up on musicals then :D

4. An LJ user not on my friends list: ME! :P

Shameless! I LOVE IT. I totally mean that. It warms my heart.

Red carpet LOVE, so I'm heading on there :)

Hehe! I know! I'm kinda afraid to talk to people I don't know unless I have a reason.

Re: Kermit and Piggy -- I'm watching the Muppet's Wizard of Oz. It was the first thing that popped into my head. :)

Definitely see Wicked. And Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. And Avenue Q. I have a few more (Spamalot!) but I won't force those on you. :P

Haha! I'm always looking for new friends. :P

Yikes, me too. Which is why I snagged at this opportunity to just run amok all over LJ :)

Wicked! What is that about? I always THOUGHT it was like a remake of the Wizard of Oz or something, but then somewhere, I got the impression that it was really a lovestory...anyhow, everything I've heard is super positive and enthusiastic about it :)

Yay! Me too! I used to go actively looking to make new friends, what with browsing communities like mad, but then exams came and I fell off LJ for a while. But exams are now done and I have literally nothing to do. Except watch Alias. That is something.

*g* :D

YSI is going REALLY fast for some reason, so I went crazy with it. I have no idea what your music tastes are, but I tried staying away from extremes and just uploaded some fun stuff :)

"I See You Baby (Shakin' That Ass)" by Groove Armada: Funny song. They played it in between races at my sister's track meet, which is where I first heard it. Fast song :D

"Bad Moon Rising" by CCR: It sounds old, yet very catchy, at the same time. Anyway. I got this from an Alias episode :)

"Let It Rain" by Amanda Marshall: I was gonna rec "Sunday Morning After" by her, but I think that was her big single a few summers back. I don't think this one's as well-heard of though.

I know the CCR song, because I know a lot of older music, but I'd never heard the other two. *downloads*

Don't know your music tastes at all, but here's Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar) by The Doors in case you've never heard it. It's not their best song, but it's quirky and fun.

Rec me:
1. A film: Tombstone
2. A book: Wicked
3. A musical artist, song, or album: Jack Johnson
4. An LJ user not on my friends list: uhhh... I dunno. :)
5. A fic: Also... don't know. *hangs head* I totally suck.

Awww, Fred/Mione? That's kind of cute. :) Hehehehe.

I wish I had something more interesting to say. *points* That's my favorite icon right now but I don't have a lot of occasion to use it.

Wow, thanks! Haven't heard of Tombstone or Wicked. *dances* I have things to do now.

JACK JOHNSON! He's GREAT! Although, I've only heard maybe 3 songs of his. The first was "Breakdown" with Handsome Boy Modeling School, have you heard that one? The song? SO CHILL. It's so comfortable-sounding, and I love the lyrics as well.

Someone mentioned to me that Fred/Hermione appeared a lot in book 5, and I checked it out, and a shipper would definitely pick up Fred being attracted to Hermione vibes. The dynamics is nice, which is the main reason why I like the ship :) The Wet Look by tamlane is short and sweet :)

"I need this... old train to break down... oh please just... let me please break down..."

Gah. Great song. His music's just... lovely and relaxing and soulful. :)

I def. need to look into this possible shippiness!
