Oh, I forgot to ask. Did Mikan realized that the "Natsume" she was confiding to was actually the real Natsume or she still thought it was Bear? If she already did, what part did she realize this? Thanks a lot!

yup~ for that i am certained that mikan was aware that the Natsume beside her was Natsume himself because some students ran passed them shouting Bear (in Hotaru) was spotted in the school~ :D
