jane@serenity:~ $ history|awk '{a[$2]++ } END{for(i in a){print a[i] " " i}}'|sort -nr|head -n 15
194 ssh
60 cd
55 ls
22 lsof
21 nmap
20 sudo
14 screen
14 pkg-config
12 find
12 echo
11 svn
9 cal
9 scp
8 open
7 uptime

I find that somewhat bizarre...I don't ever remember using pkg-config.

And i'm surprised kill/killall didn't make the list :p ( Read more... )

Ha.

kill, sudo and periodic were definitely on my list.

I guess it does not go too far back in history... then again, these are on the Mac I got for my dad, so I have used this for less time..
Remind me to run that in a month or 2 after getting the MBP.

Hmm, I guess it depends on how long the history is. Judging from how many times I've ssh'd and all, I'm guessing it's only a couple of weeks for me.

hey, that's fun!
60 ls
46 exit
46 cd
27 whois
27 sudo
23 ssh
17 killall
17 gpg
16 tar
10 ncdu
10 clear
9 cat
8 find
8 dig
7 telnet
Notice that ssh is absent, as I invoke it with Quicksilver.
