sorry to hear you are feeling a bit sick. emergen-c will put you on the road to health. i used to make my sicky friends a drink when i bartended and they had the sniffles: grog--herbal tea, lemon, honey, and a touch of whiskey. yummm, that is, if you like whiskey! my grandmother would make this for us a children! imagine...nowadays she'd be charged with endangerment of a child!
