time for bed and a nice sigh of peace. things seem to be going well. i feel like i am starting to get myself into a nice little routine...after a year of being married! we shall see how long this lasts and maybe it is only because i have been off work a bit. my mouth is all healin up too! went to london on the weekend and it was lovely. james
