My first thought was "Did she OD?"

Then I wondered if I was going to hell.

It could be a heart problem, since her son had all sorts of issues that contributed to his death.

I feel bad for her baby girl.

I kind of wonder if there was a congenital heart problem that was exacerbated by that Trimspa stuff, or drugs (prescription or otherwise). I think the inquest is soon, maybe it will all become clear then.

'Course, it could be foul play from one of those men who says he's her baby daddy. Then wouldn't *that* be intrigue.

Especially now that Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband has come out and said that he might be the father...

I had the thought that maybe she faked her death to run away with the baby, but that's hard to do when there is an actual body
