I finally went to the hospital about my leg pain. I really thought it was nothing too major. I was wrong. I have a fairly large blood clot in my pelvis area. I'm scared to death not only for me but for the unborn baby. The doctor said there was not reason this happened other than.. I'm pregnant, so for the next 27 weeks I have to get 2 shots a day

Well with my leg pain, it was the fact that it hurt to walk that made me go to the ER. I really thought that I had a pulled groin or something stupid. Some side effects of blood clots are light headedness, feeling faint, not being able to breathe, and cold sweats, and severe pain all of these will happen when putting weight on the clotted leg.
